Meet Chelsey Galipeau, a dedicated certified Physician Associate and a distinguished graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin's esteemed Master's of Physician Assistant Studies program. With a heartfelt commitment spanning 4.5 years in Endocrinology, Chelsey's journey is defined by empathy and insight. As a Type 1 diabetic, she offers an exceptional blend of authentic understanding and compassionate care for navigating medical complexities. Born in Valdez, Alaska, Matsuju Ward is a licensed esthetician with over 10 years of skincare experience and formal training from the Premiere Aesthetics Institute. Passionate about helping clients feel refreshed and confident, she focuses on enhancing natural beauty through personalized, effortless treatments. At Meridian Medical Aesthetics, she values building lasting relationships and celebrating her clients’ confidence journeys. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors and time with her kids, which keep her grounded and inspired.
Melinda O’Neal is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience and degrees from Ohio University and Xavier University. With a background in oncology and palliative care, she brings compassion and a patient-centered focus to aesthetic medicine. A former Boise State gymnast and proud Bronco, she continues to support the university’s gymnastics program. While working full-time at St. Luke’s Clinic in Meridian, Melinda enjoys the artistry of aesthetics—helping patients enhance their confidence through personalized skincare. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband and reading.
Jessica Ribera is a board-certified Physician Associate and proud graduate of the USC Keck School of Medicine with over 14 years of clinical experience across dermatology, aesthetics, internal medicine, hormone health, and regenerative medicine. She brings advanced training in injectables, laser technology, and regenerative treatments. As the founder of a successful medspa in California, Jessica blends clinical precision with a passion for patient-centered care. She has also served as a first assist in both general and plastic surgery. Always focused on helping individuals look and feel their best, Jessica is fluent in Spanish and is now expanding her practice to Idaho.
Neely is the Director of Growth at Meridian Medical Aesthetics & HRMN Health, where she specializes in marketing, managing social media, and fostering the positive culture that defines both practices. She has been an integral part of the team since Chelsey and Jamie first opened Idahormones, now HRMN Health, and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Health Administration.
